Lots of confidence in Dr. Shawn Groth and the team. My neo esophagus is working fine and my digestive system has fully recovered. The scars are almost gone. Dr. Groth handled my brother and sisters very well. Dr. Groth answered my five page set of questions and just before the surgury also the question about the procedure specific to the lung being collapsed for access to remove the diseased section. My Pain level was only a 4 maximum, I walked 350 steps the first day. Today I return for the followup.

The whole team of thoracic surgeons are amazing and caring. Each individual doctor from team shows he/she puts the patient first. No rushing patient out of hospital as long as there's discomfort within patient. The team will make sure patient ready for heading home before discharging.
