I thought the staff were fantastic; professional and friendly. They took very good care of my mother who was in to have testing done for continued government paid oxygen support. My mother was monitored at all times to ensure she was not at risk of severe hypoxia during tests carried out by a very competent RT. I was pleased that mom was quite comfortable with the entire staff, even sharing a laugh, considering she is typically quite stoic at appointments. The staff are really nice and Dr. Peter Wei is a very kind doctor
Dr Bibeu is very patient and understanding when it comes to finding why your breathing is such as I started with seasonal breathing which then turned into asthma and then trying to find the right meds is daunting But unfortunately no comment on staff 5 stars is for Dr bibeau
"Once your a patient of ours you can always call us if you need" I need help! "OH your not a patient of ours anymore, you have to get a refferal" thanks!!! Staff are wretched. Not to mention the months of waiting to get in in the first place. Honestly avoid. Better off just relying on the er as needed instead of this arrogant misleading group.
