They got me in quickly when no other clinic would, and the doctor and staff helped me immensely. Thank you so very much.
I have been off and on with them for almost a year about my cpap. I paid my deposit did sleep study and I have never gotten my cpap yet. Horrible place when it comes to getting what you need.
Had to drive to battle creek from coldwater BEFORE the magical time of 11am or get FINED, to return a test machine for relative. Good thing I don't work so I could do it. Ridiculous when folks work during the day and might not be able to do this... Receptionist was rude, didn't even ask for name of who I was returming it for, told her name and she said she knew. She didn't becsuse no name on case & first time I met her..unfortunately..
The doctor is excellent. He is the only one to really listen to me re. my sleep apnea. He has gone out if his way to help me. He arranged for me to take a home sleep study. Only then did we get an accurate read if how bad my apnea was. I could sleep in my own comfortable bed and have an accurate read that I stop breathing 24 times an hour!
