I made an order a couple weeks ago and due to a billing issue on my end my order had been canceled I emailed them today and a fantastic employee named Sarah took care of me she was absolutely amazing I told her this was a gift and after I reordered everything she upgraded my shipping and made sure mine was the next to be completed and shipped I give Sarah 10 stars
