I would not recommend living in this complex. What should be a peaceful and enjoyable place to live has turned into a very uncomfortable experience. There is a noticeable lack of respect from certain neighbors, especially in shared areas like the pool, where the atmosphere can feel tense and unwelcoming. Even more concerning, some individuals have claimed to be police officers, showing supposed badges and using that to intimidate others into leaving common areas. Courtney the new manager is very professional, very nice and so easy to talk to. She’s has a smile on her face and always willing to help. She’s helped me through my move out process and helped me out a lot. She’s made the process seamless with a smile.
The new manager is wonderful. The facilities are awesome and genuinely feels like a happy place.
