Eric is the best! I’ve worked with him to buy and sell three properties now, and every time he’s been amazing. Super attentive, always available, and really goes the extra mile to make sure everything goes smoothly. He knows the local market inside and out and gives smart, honest advice. I bought and sold my house with Eric and his team, having known him for over 5 years now. I would not have been able to purchase a home if I hadn’t found him, and I wouldn’t have sold my home in time for a major move I wanted to make.
