Please DO NOT MOVE HERE! Those reviews about roaches aren’t lying. This apartment sucks. There are a ton of homeless people and they often do drugs around the building so if you’re on the first floor so you have to keep your windows closed. The trash area is always a mess. It’s so disgusting and you have to go through it to throw your trash away. I’m talking rotten food that smells like a dead animal, human hair, all sorts of things. They still have roaches. If you don’t have insurance they’ll charge you for landlord insurance like $10, so get your own. They have a bunch of small weird fees. Just know your rent will be at least $300 more than what the say I wish I could stop ppl from living here but honestly I can’t all I can do is warn you about how awful it will be. Place is infested with roaches, lack of communication, keeps swapping property managers, not even sure who you message half the time as they will go without any follow up on important communication unless its about non-payment, but then will lock you out of their website to even pay. Do not move here. Either slumlords or incompetence. Its not worth the anxiety Some of those photos are fake, there is no gym
It was really nice. I really struggled during the process but the property manager helped me out so much. She made the process so much easier, walked me through the entire process and was really sweet about the whole thing. She’s made living here such a great experience. Highly recommend her!!
There was a cockroach infestation for 8 months of my lease there. Not to mention constant package theft, overpriced laundry with machines constantly breaking, poor security, and poor upkeep of the building in general. People rifled through our trash and recycle constantly. They were slow to respond to maintenance requests as well with a constant cycle of PMs changing during my stay. Don't recommend! Only good thing is the location.
