Staff is cold and dismissive. The vibe was weird and unwelcoming. No warmth at all. You know when a person doesnt want to work with or help you. Having a Bible and any kind of religious pamphlets in a lobby tells you they're bias and for a mental health provider, that says a lot. If you're looking for a place that feels warm and inclusive. This isn't it.
Very good office, the staff are exceptionally nice. Always has someone to answer the phone after about 9 AM; responsive staff. Been here almost a year and the doctor I see is very easy to talk to. I appreciate everyone here. (Rockwall location)
Awesome professional staff, my Dr is Ashley Garter. She is outstanding on what is does.
