I paid for the 12 week program for my mum as she has been struggling with, what we believed was, thyroid issues. I believed this was a clinic in Brisbane but that clinic closed down and it was all done over the phone, which wouldnt be so bad if you didnt get a different person every.single.time. there was no continuity of care what-so-ever. They missed an allergy that my mum was upfront with, then gave it to her in a supplement, she got so sick. Unraveling my complex thyroid condition by the Lucy Rose Team has been a life changer. After a through investigation of testing that offers precise information the guess work was taken out, I'm finally getting better.
I wouldn't recommend to be honest for several reasons: - The staff are lovely, but you get a different person assigned each time. I had to ask for the one person, but then still had different people answering my emails and questions. This was quite discerning given the sensitivity of some on my conversations. They didn't even phone or turn up to my final consult. Great experience with the clinic and very knowledgeable team. Testing was thorough and a great help to reduce symptoms.
