RecommendedAbsolutely amazing! The customer service was great, understanding each crystal was easy, and a great friendly and family environment. Being in the military it tends to be hard to find places that I can go to where I can just be myself around warm loving people, and I finally found somewhere I can go and will definitely be returning.

Family owned gem mine, very knowledgeable. Great presentation at the end providing education about the wide range of gems. Kids really enjoyed it and found a nice selection of gems. Having two cut with cost of bucket! One nice ruby gem really excited to see outcome.
We had a wonderful time my girl and I both have three kids and we loved it and people where extremely friendly and the jewels and rocks / gems were so pretty we have kids from 16 to age 2 and all loved it also the gift shop was gorgeous so many beautiful things for every age to enjoy thank you so much

This is a fun and different way to get out of the house. It’s outside but well shaded and just a good time. After we were done sifting our buckets staff went through our haul to let us know what we found. Everyone was courteous and seemingly knowledgeable.
Had a great day today. It was our first time out at Lucky Lake and we will for sure be coming back. The Staff was great and helpful glad to support a Virginia Family Business.
