Best customer service interaction I’ve ever had around lakeside Joondalup. Came at around 3:00 this afternoon and was served by a lovely polite young blonde lady who was immediately very helpful and sweet. New management has transformed The Lucky Charm. Highly recommend.
New owners are lovely to deal with, have streamlined the layout of the shop and have an amazing choice of gifts to choose from!
