Most disgusting service I have ever received. would give zero if possible owner was abusive over a simple query of exchanging an item with a receipt which by law they must do but he wasn't worth my time a simple exchange of product would not of been difficult now he had lost a returning customer.
I’ve got to say, I’m really disappointed with how that manager handled the situation, such a power tripper. We simply asked if it was possible to return a product my friend bought just the day before and exchange it for another item of the same value — one we had already chosen. He said no, which we respected. We understand that every store has its own return policy. Came here today around 1pm was served by a very helpful and respectful young man
Came in to the store on the 11th of July around 10:30am I grabbed one item off the shelf and popped into my Kmart bag as my hands were full and I was still browsing within 2 minutes of doing that a guy ran up to me accusing me of stealing when I havnt even left the store and I was still browsing and was going to buy more items .
