theres one man that works there with dirty blonde gingery sort of hair and every single time im served by him he is incredibly rude honestly ive started just walking away when i see that its him working because its so draining to have even a less than 10 second interaction with him he seems to hate everyone and his job maybe its time to give him a job where he doesnt have to serve people i work in customer service too and this is not just a bad day or busy type of attitude which would be understandable
I bought two types of scratch tickets and politely said, “Can I please have five of these?” and then, “Also, can I please have two of these?” The staff member sighed and showed a very unpleasant attitude. After the purchase, he said “goodbye,” which felt unusually cold and dismissive. I have never experienced this kind of treatment after shopping. Even though I asked with a smile, I was treated quite rudely. I will not be returning to this store again.

I bought a pack of cigarettes on Friday ,19th October right before they closed and forgot to get the cigarettes they took my money I put my change in my pocket and forgot my smokes I called and because I couldn't remember if they closed at 5.30 or 6 but it was between 5-7 latest they denied ever selling it to me and I feel like this was done on purpose because they said PayPass is down have to pay with cash I paid $50 and got a $10 with gold coins no receipt and was closed when i got back I feel robbed and will never return ... read more
