I bought several scratch-it packs for the Christmas table from the Lucky Charm at the food court end of Westfield shopping centre. When I returned to the shop to check the tickets I was told I had to scratch the bar codes and self check them myself… I thought that was rude. I did as asked although the self checker clearly didn’t work for scratch it tickets only lotto, so after asking 4 times with no help I found the manager who was also rude and unhelpful.
