The selling point for me on these apartments were the heated pool and the hot tub and neither one were working. The leasing agent told me that they never turn on the pool heater. It’s been a cold winter if you have a pool heater why would you not use it?? The pool was freezing and the hot tub was broken 😭
Nick and John provided exceptional customer service during my visit to Costco. They were both professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They took the time to answer my questions, made sure everything was handled smoothly, and genuinely cared about providing a great experience. Drove 40 minutes out of town to see these , leasing agent was sitting at her desk attending no one, told concierge we were interested in leasing an available apartment today he was nice but the leasing agent did not want to squeeze us in to even look at the model. Beautiful property BAD first impression.LEASING AGENT SEEMED TOO LAZY TO LEASE AN APARTMENT plus the landscaping isn’t like advertised online.
I am a Walmart Delivery Driver. I had a Walmart Delivery going to a customer living at this property. From the time of arriving at this property it took exactly 34 minutes to complete the delivery making my customer's delivery +30 minutes late. This is not an apartment living property. This is more like a fortress and prison with all the fortified security at this place. Really sad for the people who live there. All other delivery drivers, you've been warned and put on notice.
