I moved into the Lucas in 2021 in a 2 bedroom apartment and Greystar managed the complex. It was soon bought out and run by new management. My unit had black mold, and some sort of leak in the bathroom wall from the first week I lived there. Up to month 12- nothing had been done other than replacing the trim, painting over it, and spraying it with a mildew spray.
