Awful experience this morning getting a state inspection. One car ahead of me when I arrived that was almost done. I sat for 2 hours. 1.5 hours as the only customer in the building. I counted 5 employees. Lots of laughing, eating, but no work. And my car just sat there. I finally got up to just take the car and magically it was ready. Don’t go here. It is not professional and they don’t respect your time.
This place use to be a mess!! Horrible employees and lazy service. But now... AMAZING!! There's a new crew of guys and gals working there who know their stuff. Quick and courteous professionals. Highly recommend the new and improved TLC in Salem!! If you were wronged by the old TLC, give the new and improved one a try. Extremely satisfied with the overhaul of this place. Thanks for your help today guys!!!
They just changed over to Valvoline instant oil change and have a pleasant crew working there now. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family!
Very slow and expensive place. Inspection takes an hour. Four guys working in one car to do Inspection. They look confused and have bad time management.
