Had my brows done on April 3rd 2025 and a small chunk of my eyebrow was waxed off my face. I have been coming here for years and didn’t think I would be on the other end of bad service. After opening my eyes and seeing my eyebrow very different than what I came in with, the sweet lady that did the eyebrow wax proceeded to question my judgement and suggest that I came in with my eyebrows as she made them.
