Don't think I have ever felt so compelled to post a review. I've had an amazing 8-year relationship with the LOX family and just recently had my children get placed into their programs. My oldest son has been searching for confidence, body control, strength, and general motor skill improvements. Very good a nice combination of strength and conditioning in the CrossFit workouts
Great place to workout, the trainers are very welcoming, and the Lady at the front desk is very nice. If you wanna get faster this is the place to go.
