Saw Dr Chasen for new orthotics. My old orthotics (from another podiatrist) didn't necessarily need replacement but I wanted to get them reviewed as I've felt the last few years I've been noticing some lower leg & ankle pain during exercise and feel like they don't support, especially my left foot, very well. Dr Richard is all you could hope for in a Podiatrist and general human being...he's patient, humble, kind and caring. He also had the grace to listen to my fears and story, allaying my worries and offering me options forward. I'm so grateful and excited about my new life with orthotics!!
