Wonderful experience, as always! I’ve been seeing Dr Batra for almost 20 years, I’ve never had a bad experience. Maryam has always steered me in the right direction; and Danielle never disappoints. Lounge Med Spa is so gorgeous inside and has such a calming atmosphere. The staff made me feel so comfortable, and my botox turned out exactly how I wanted. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be back ☺️
I was super nervous at my first appointment for receiving Botox... But Danielle answered all my questions, walked me through ALL of my options, and made me feel comfortable and confident about how my treatment plan was going to look moving forward. She was transparent and super understanding. Agrin at the front desk was also super friendly and helpful Looking forward to my next appointment!
