Went in to get a quick fill. The lady looked me up and down and said sorry we are closed. I said closed. You don't close for another 45 minutes, she said. Oh, sorry, we haven't changed that yet. We open again tomorrow at 9:00. You come back tomorrow. No, thank you, ladies. Since you turn away business, it's a fill. Geez. Came across a little entitled a little stuck up and definitely not good business for South Jackson

i literally never write reviews but i am beyond upset. if i could give 0 stars, i would. she completely screwed up my nails. she was told more than once by me, my mother, and another employee that i did not want dip nails, just a regular acrylic full set. she got out the acrylic and brush like she was going to apply acrylic, but proceeded to dip my nails anyways while giggling about it. the dip is completely uneven and chunky. the lines for the french are uneven and there is space between the lines. she completely free-style... read more

They were fast but the paint job looks rushed and the technician didn’t shape them evenly and ended up cutting my cuticles with the nail sander. Also not very talkative and they didn’t have very much colors to pick from.
