SCAM ALERT at The Lounge Nail Spa in Emeryville! A couple days ago, I booked a 5:30 pm appointment for a dip fill (I already had dip nails on) and a pedicure since my usual nail lady was booked. When I arrived, no one was at the desk until Kelly (front desk) finally showed up. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails —and reiterated that: I like my nails very square — and wanted French on my toes. Always get a wonderful pedicure
Ridiculous service. I explained the lady what shape i want for my nails and she was not just getting it. Then i showed her the picture from google and said, to do Ballerina shaped nails. I tried to fix my nail shape on my own and then she left. Another lady came and she asked me what shape I want and I told her Ballerina shape. And then said it’s called Coffin shape.
