They were offering free eyebrow threading as they opened the new business. I have never had it done before. I originally left my review saying friendly service because once they finished the service they wanted a review. In fact, the lady that did the eyebrow threading on me was unfriendly and very rough in her approach. Once finished, which took not even 2 minutes, they tried to offer me other paid services. I had a lash lift tint and eyebrow lamination and tint and it was fantastic the lady was so gentle and the results were great would recommend

Awful experience today Staff was as slow as a turtle. There was only one person servicing. Kept checking her phone IN THE MIDDLE of another person's treatment (not my main concern). I came in for eyebrow thread and Brazilian. I walked into the little room with the staff while she waits for the other customer's eyebrow tint to finish (it wasnt a busy day). The staff didn't leave the room to let me undress. She was on the phone while I was undressing. She was video calling someone to prove that she was "at work" then proceeded... read more
