Went here to get my eyebrows tinted and henna yesterday. And the girl messed up my eyebrows so badly. I’m also a regular here. I don’t know why she took so much off and arched them so much i literally hate them. I’ll never ever be back again and I will tell others not to go either. Absolutely incompetent and waste of money. And now I have to grow my eyebrows back. How about asking your clients what shape they want before you go ahead and do whatever you feel like. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name but the staff member who I had my appointment with was lovely! Most ‘brow bars’ are a bit production line when it comes to customer service but she was genuinely nice without being over the top.
Just had my eyelashes lifted here. She fried them and now they’re awful! She kept putting some kind of “aftercare” oil on and would purposefully get it into my eye so I had to use cotton swabs to press onto them. When I looked afterward and told her my lashes were awful and anll over the place and missing she told me it’s “because you rubbed them”.
