This was my first time to bring my son here after having a horrible experience at Sports Clips. From the second we walked in the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our appointment started right on time. They reassured me they would be able to fix the monstrosity that sports clips made and they weren’t lying. We had an incredible experience here! From the moment our family walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable, we appreciate Bre's kind words and Shannon's generosity. Wisam did a phenomenal job with my young son’s first haircut, keeping him happy and making it a special milestone for us. I hate to do this, but there’s no other way to communicate it. Had an appointment for my first haircut at this shop. The appointment was due to having a babysitter. Anyhow, I showed up on time, and was greeted by stares. No hello, no “what’s up”, nothing. Okay. I’m actually good with that if the haircuts are good. After many years of my dad doing his own hair, going to great clips, or just letting his hair grow normally, I was finally able to find a salon that he is comfortably going into. His hair has never looked better, and he has never been so happy to get it regularly cut. The staff is professional and friendly as-well. Everything from the staff, the cleanliness, and the hair itself is absolutely immaculate. I'm happy my dad and many other male roles in my life found their forever salon.
