We just moved in and have had excellent experience so far, and the management team has been very responsive. Both James and Sammie have been awesome. We found a couple of issues in the master bath, and Robert in maintenance came and fixed them right away; he has a fun and jolly personality. We're very glad we made the move.
Extremely polite and helpful staff. Move-in was extremely easy as thanks to their knowledge and execution.
I am obsessed with living here. The apartment managers are so friendly and attentive. The people who live in the building are fabulous. Fun and energetic. The views make you feel happy everyday. And my two sons can get around to school friends and restaurants easy. 10/10
Moving here was the biggest mistake of my life. Management has seemingly gone out of their way to make me as uncomfortable as possible. Not even a week after I moved in, I received an email accusing me of violating noise ordinances and was threatened with lease violations. They later found out that the noise originated from some construction outside and laughed at me when I demanded an apology for the accusations and threats. I have been living at The Louisa for about 6 months now and I fall more in love with it every day! The staff, location and layouts are top tier... I highly recommend checking it out.
