Great location in the Portland Pearl District. The doorman was friendly. The community spaces were well appointed and pleasing to the eye.

I love living here. All of the staff, from leasing to maintenance, are great. The location is fantastic. I looked at many places before landing here and feel that the square footage for the price is unbeatable. My friends and family who visit consistently remark on what a nice building and apartment I have. I couldn't recommend it more.

I´m loving it. Very welcoming and the staff is super helpful. I´m just moving from Mexico for work and The Louisa has offered support that I was not expecting.
