Brad has been managing my condo for a few years and has done a fantastic job. I had an issue with tree roots causing a plumbing leak. My tenants called him in the middle of the night, and he took care of it right away. He keeps detailed accounting and deposits the rent in my account each month. I love not worrying about my rental property.
