I’ve lived at The Louie for over five years, and I strongly disagree with DeepVibe’s take on the current situation. Steven was an incredible manager who genuinely cared about us tenants. He was always responsive, no matter the time of day, addressed maintenance issues with lightning speed, and kept rental rates reasonable—raising them only in line with the San Diego CPI increase. Beautiful apartments
I need to edit my review because they have fired Steven and replaced him with a proper Property Management Company. Now that they have replaced Steven I have nothing negative to say about The Louie. Great place to live. Unfortunate that there is construction on 4th Ave across the street, but that is out of everyone's control.
I lived at The Louie for four years, and it’s been the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. The management and maintenance teams are exceptional. They consistently improve the property, keeping everything clean and well-maintained. It’s rare to find a team as dedicated and efficient as this one.
Customer service is terrible. They’re very rude and unhelpful when needed for assistance.
