Had my 1st appointment with Ben and so glad I did, And the results were amazing so thank you. My lower back was in so painful and I left feeling a hell of a lot better.. Plus he gave me a few exercises to do at home.. Been in pain for the last 3 week and had to have time off work.. So again a very big thank you to my new best mate BEN
I recently saw Ben with a 10 month history of a knee injury which was not resolving with conventional intervention and hindering my overall function. I can honestly say from the first session the knee pain was 80% improved. By the 3rd session I was 95% pain free with significantly improved range of movement. Due to Ben's knowledge base and professionalism I have been able to return to introducing exercise back into my life. I would definitely recommend!
