I rented this place for my girl XV quinceañera. The place has a good space but. You have to rent you own tables and chairs. The worst thing about this place is the $1500 for the deposit you will NEVER GET IN BACK. She tiff your money don’t care how much your clean this place. She make some excuses like the parking lot was trashed or the carpet needs a professional clean and bla, bla,bla…. So if you rent this place I recommend to live all the mess like it is.
