This was my first trip to The Lotus Room and I'll be returning. Alex took time to learn about my skin before we got started. She explained each step during the facial and even described what it was working on while the treatment was underway. I learned a lot! My skin is lighter and feels great this morning. I highly recommend the extended facial if you need a nice escape but also to shape your skin up after winter. I'm looking forward to my next appointment!
