My order was cancelled at 7AM the morning of the expected delivery date. The order was placed at 2PM the previous day. If this order could not be fulfilled, I should have been notified earlier in order to look elsewhere. I reached out via email in hopes of getting a reason why my order was cancelled, but have not heard back. Really wanted to support a local business in the Raleigh area but was extremely let down by this one.

Drove 20 miles to get here for a Uber delivery for some flowers and the business was closed with no sign or letter at the door. That's a long drive to find out that I won't get paid for a single mile. If you know you're going to be closed please shut off your online store for that day so drivers aren't losing out on money or time. I have autism so the amount of time I can work is less and I have to make my time count, so there's no choice but to leave them a 1 star

I was most delighted with the display of tropical flowers created by Lotus Flower Design & Events that I recently ordered for a casual evening get-together. In response to my request for a touch-of-color collection to be placed in a ceramic vase I provided, Eric artistically designed a stunning collection of red ginger, gloriosa lilies, protea, and anthurium, all attractively nestled amid tropical greenery.
