I purchased 3 properties from the Lot store and each one has been a debacle. One was a parcel that essentially is a steep hillside with no viable access (Morillton) and the info posted online showed a road that does not exist. In theory one could solicit the county to build the road, as at one point in the distant past apparently a road was planned or actually existed, but that was many decades ago. I would not reamend doing business with The Lot Store or Mr. Horia Jordache. I purchased a property from them and have a signed contract stating the property would be deeded in my name free and clear of back taxes and HOA/POA fees. At the time I received the deed, I called the tax office to find out that there were 3 years back taxes owed and the property would be going up for tax auction on May 2025.
