Communication is not great. Had to call multiple times on multiple days, left multiple voicemails, and sent multiple emails with no reply.
This place SUCKS DO NOT live here they don't care about the residents termites all over the apartment we were rushed into knowing we have a baby they except us to live in that till pest control decides to come they knew it was this bad and still moved us in The NEW management sucks more than the old and that says a lot the little blonde girl in charge is useless Update dishwasher has been sitting with stinky water for over a month and after 10+ calls of them saying they’ll come they did said we need a new one… still waiting
This is an updated review from a positive review I previously did about a year ago. My wife and have lived here for around 5 years. There has been various issues here and there through out the years but over all we’re mostly pleased until recently. Of course there has been staff turn around previous years but the leadership staff was constant. The Maintenance request was not completed. I had to put the request for the Disposal to be repaired twice and they still not completed. I will put the Maintenance order again until they complete completed.
