I'm disabled and battling cancer stage 3, my AC breaks down every 2 or 3 days, my back yard looks like FernGully. So I'm just having a rough time with those issues I've had racoon on my porch trying to get in the frint the frontdoor and a snake. So It has been challenging considering I just moved here.
Edit to add; * I am not blaming maintenance what so ever. They go where they are told. It’s just getting the run around from the office staff that’s frustrating* My family has been here for about 3 years. This place keeps going down hill further and further. This was the most unprofessional behavior I’ve seen in a long time, and not just on an apartment tour, just in general. After calling to ask if I could come earlier than my Original appointment to tour the property and being told yes, everybody acted confused when I walked in and interpreted then they all just looked at introduced myself.
