The “elegant” and “luxury” homes they’re talking about on their website. Btw that “deposit” they say you’re paying is actually a non refundable fee. The assistant manager’s name is Shalonda and all she does is lie and has a bad attitude problem.
submitted a maintenance request for my backyard, but unfortunately, it was marked as “Work Completed” even though nothing has been done. I understand mistakes can happen, but it’s disappointing when there’s no follow-up or communication. I hope the management team can address this soon and improve transparency in handling maintenance issues.
The water heater was fixed within 24 hours of my request. Excellent service.
