Hello , 2+ year resident here . First time having an issue with my a/c unit today . Samuel came and fixed the issue within 10min . He was super professional , friendly , kind and very knowledgeable . Thank you for resolving my issue .
I put in a maintenance call on Monday. They were there on Tuesday to fix it.
Maintenance guy was friendly & explained what happens to the garbage disposal occasionally. And even told me some of the most interesting things he has pulled out of a disposal.
