I have been a resident of The Lory of Augusta for over a year. I am glad my roommate and I decided on this community. We were treated with respect and had no issues at move in. The assistant manager really worked on our behalf and made sure it was an easy move. We are happy here!
Carlos is an excellent employee! Listens intently to the customers needs and wants, most importantly he follows through and gets the job done! Thank you Carlos for all that you do! Keep up the good work! Carlos and his team is Excellent! We need All of them. They take care of your tenants! Thursday 3/6/2025 maintenance came but 2 things were not resolved. Still great job. August 14th request completed. Maintenance is excellent
8/2025 Dishwasher fixed after several attempts. Thank you for your diligence and friendly service, Mr. Josh! 7/2025 We are still having issues with our dishwasher. Not having much luck, unfortunately. Hoping this gets resolved soon. 6/2025 Maintenance man Carlos is very professional and skilled. He had our dishwasher working again in no time. Worse place Ive ever lived . If you dont mind the police once a week , screaming, car stereos blasting at 1 in the morning, this is the place for you. Maintenance is a joke!! Submitted Maintenance ticket regarding water leaking from ceiling, coming home to water everywhere and it taking 4 weeks for someone to look at it. Never fixed it. Carlos just stuffed a garbage bag in the huge hole they had created after tearing down wet drywall. Submitted another ticket stating water continued to leak never heard anything !!
