Only gets 1 star because the receptionists are lovely- wish I could give it 0 stars. Went in to see Dr Juliet about a simple pathology request and left with her telling me why I need an IUD- despite me saying I didn’t want any birth control and previously declined the IUD. She was very nice about it as she believed I wasn’t properly educated on it, but didn’t get all my needed tests on the pathology form. I called to make a reservation for my baby’s 6-week check-up, and I had already paid an AUD 85 deposit. A week later, I called again to confirm the appointment, and to my surprise, I was told that there was no reservation under my name. I explained that I had already paid the deposit, and after checking, they confirmed that the payment was received, but no booking had been made. So I made a new reservation. All the staff are caring and efficient. I’ve been a patient for 10 years and seen a number of doctors. Highly recommend.
Some Drs are good, but the team of receptionist won't answer the phones, also the music we are forced to listen to is absolutely dreadful.
