Great, clean walk in medical centre, friendly & helpful staff. I was really sick with a gastro bug & the staff met us in tge car park with a wheelchair, gave me chucky sick bags & we were seen quickly by the Dr.

Good doctors, but poor accessibility. No Telehealth or phone option was offered for repeat scripts despite the clinic being aware of my disability. The clinic should improve access for disabled and elderly patients. For those with mobility issues, time constraints, or who rely on a support person, there appear to be limited remote options. Referrals and blood work are not emailed and require in-person visits. This may make the clinic difficult to attend for some patients.

My family have been going her for a few years now and we can thank them enough for their work. Always welcomed by friendly smiles and greetings and have always been treated so well by the doctors. We mainly see one doctor now, Dr Kennedy, and she is truly amazing and so caring. Really takes the time to listen and give you the best possibly advice and treatment. Thank you everyone at Lorn Surgery for keeping us healthy.

I would never, ever ever take my child or children to this medical centre ever again. Because they ran docs and the police on us as parents for no reason.Because our child has an infection on the face, and they assumed that it's a burn when it's clearly not a burn and that male nurse calls him self a doctor when he first said he was a doctor very disgraceful and understanding professional practice we took our child here Friday 2/01/2026.
