Never going back
I don't want to say much because it's not the worst, but certain nurses and doctors need watch what they say in front of the patients...it is a professional environment at the end of the day
We have been with the Lorn Surgery for a long time but can't do it anymore. Various reasons but the detail is not required here, just my opinion that the best care for my family is elsewhere.
Do not recommend this surgery if you have a disability or are elderly with mobility problems. They failed to call the power of attorney for 95 year old grandmother that has experienced mobility loss and only called main point of contact to cancel an appointment on the day. Asked if another doctor could see her which they organised but the doctor would not walk 20 steps outside to see her so we had to cancel and drive home. Very upsetting experience.
I am a 'new' patient to the surgery and having nothing but praise for the courtesy, pleasantness and professionalism of the team at the Lorn Surgery.
