I'm chemically sensitive and have trouble buying yarn because of cleaners, scents, etc. used in stores. The staff at Loopy Ewe all but jumped through actual hoops to help me obtain yarn that I could use safely. I cannot say enough about the friendly, helpful, above-and-beyond attitudes of everyone I talked to. Thank you for the excellent customer service and the beautiful yarn!
