We visit here regularly and today’s service was pathetic. Front staff (3) young girls to busy talking about employees coming in next shift. They had a curb side order and 2 of the girls said “I’m not taking food out - it’s raining” My order we placed for pickup and told it would be 15min. 20 min later arrived and waited another 10min before asking how long would it take. RecommendedThe Loop is consistently good every time I’ve eaten here. Today I was craving a good burger. I went with the mushroom Swiss burger. Delicious and fresh! Ask for a side of their onion ring sauces for your fries! I believe they make it themselves. So good! The only bad part was finishing my food.
