I thought it was strange that Loop Nails has 5 stars on Google but after leaving, it makes sense. My nails look great - but it’s the customer service that makes this place 5 stars. I was greeted by name when I walked through the door, I was assisted through a check-in process, pricing was clear from the beginning with no upselling, the staff were friendly and engaging, refreshments were offered. Honestly best nail place I’ve ever been to! Soooo attentive, never experienced a nail place that truly wants to make sure you are satisfied with your service! Got a pedi & they did an AMAZING JOB! Couldn’t say a better thing if I tried! Everyone is soooooooo nice.
Every time I go to Loop they treat you so kind and friendly. Today I had a pedicure. It was so relaxing, and they brought me back from the dead. I would highly recommend everyone there. They make it their mission to make you feel good, and look good.
Loop is the only place I trust to do my nails! Kristal does amazing work and the customer service is top notch. Highly recommend!
