It was nice with Amy and Ashley. Things were getting done. The loop also receives a budget to help do something for the community. All they do are food trucks that are a bit bland. Meaning they don’t spend $ or do for the community!!. Instead I go into the office and they have pizza and donuts for employees nothing for community. We have no hand sanitizer at the garbage disposal; nor the gym. We tell them and no fixing the issues. Let’s talk about the pest control. Because we do pay for it in our rent. You can really tell that the entire team takes pride in making this a wonderful place to call home. The staff is absolutely fantastic! Everyone is friendly, professional, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. The maintenance team is responsive and hardworking, and it’s clear that taking care of residents is a priority. Very good service
I absolutely loved my tour agent Marji. She was a BLAST and the apartment that was shown was so cozy. Super quiet and clean community as well! Definitely would love moving here.
