Lived here for a 1 year lease, had no issues with the apartment of staff, they were all wonderful. 3 months before my lease ended i called and told them i would not be resigning my lease (only 60 days is required), and management told me that they usually have you come up the office and sign something but that they wouldn’t make me do that considering i do not live in the apartment anymore (I moved out early).
