Horrible all around. Website doesn't work & claims put on constant delays for payments.
Absolutely horrible. Website is a JOKE, and all they do is delay delay delay.
Stay away from this company it's a big scam they take your money and don't pay any of your bills I'm reporting them to the better better Business bureau which I'm sure is an F. After reading all the other reviews I'm not the only person that thinks this.
I would give them no stars except you have to provide something to place a review. I have lost thousands of dollars to their billing and customer service reps failing to properly add my child onto our plan. I have had bills go into collections instead of processed through insurance because they never put them through and told my doctors offices we weren't covered when we were and they made mistakes in setting up our child once she was born. This company is a scam!!! to say they are the absolute worst health coverage would be a lie!! there is no coverage at all!!!
I encourage anyone who is considering this insurance company to go somewhere else. It is a fraud. They continually deny coverage based on pre-existing conditions clause in their contract. To them - everything is a pre-existing condition. They need to be investigated by the government. If you have been dubbed by them, write your congressman and/or senator. There needs to be an investigation. They need to be sued with a class action.
THE WORST HEALTH INSURANCE CO. EVER !!!! Last year my wife ended up in the emergency room after her doctor said she might a problem with the gallbladder, very dangerous. She ended up being admitted because they had to lots of lab tests. She stayed for 2 days, and they found out she had a virus that attacked her liver, and that's why she had very high fever. The whole bill came out to be close to $27,000. Loomis paid a little more than $8,000, leaving us with a $15,000 debt. They always had the excuse of preexisting condition... read more
If I could give them no stars, I would. This is by far the worst insurance company I've ever had the misfortune of working with. Not only was I lied to and not given the full truth about coverage, they refuse to cover my $1100 medical bill and put it down as pre-existing. Even though, I'm sure ear infection and conjunctivitis are not pre-existing.
