As a white person living in Seattle, I can't sit by while my black/brown neighbors are mistreated. Regardless of what your intent was in responding to noise complaints or whatever, it doesn't matter-- it's all about the impact. LGBTQ people of color felt unsafe and unwelcome because of how you dealt with this situation. NOT OK. Please address this and apologize. Until then, I won't be supporting your business and this rating will stay as low as possible.
If I could give this place a zero star I would. We don't need racist and transphobic business owners on the hill. Bye.
Capitol hill deserves better than a bar with unprofessional management that mistreats trans and QPOC community members. Do better.
The worst place. Claims to be diverse but is racist and transphobic. A part of the gentrification that is ruining our neighborhood.
Absolutely reprehensible treatment of qtpoc/poc — garbage establishment, would not recommend.
Will never recommend this place to anyone, will never host an event, will never spend a dime & my communities wont either. There are way more places around that do not engage in racist homophobic behaviors, who are not openly harassing & inappropriate to their patrons, & treat people with the respect they deserve. Absolutely unacceptable.
These people are white supremacists. Plus their food sucks and they have rodents.
