Been here 3 times, Pam is amazing and does great work. It’s their office staff that blew it for them. First time here, the front desk person super rude, chalked it up to just one person. When we checked out, Alyssa was rude, rude the second time I was here too. The first time my daughter and I made a follow up appointment together and Alyssa didn’t actually schedule it. I just drove 30+ minutes, only to be told they didn’t schedule me. Pam couldn’t see me and of course the office managers are out all week. So frustrating. I ... read more
The Look Med/Spa is fabulous. I’ve had services done by Hayley & Diane. As a woman of color, I only trust them with my aesthetic needs. I travel from northern Virginia to get their expertise and warm environment. They’re the best!
I have loved the look med spa for many years now. They are trustworthy and up to date on all techniques. I love seeing @thenursepam she is who brought me over to this beautiful med spa.
