I had a great experience. I had a balayage done and I have dark brown hair. I wanted to add some dimension, color, and a little uplift. I really enjoyed working with the Sophie , and she did a wonderful job. I did have an issue with my hair afterward that required me to come back for an early touch-up, but this was not an issue with the salon. The salon was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the process, and I really appreciated how they handled everything.
