Avoid! Not sure how you can call yourself a healthcare provider when you don’t allow questions and make parents sign all rights away regarding our kids health plan. It’s “their way or the highway” and that certainly doesn’t sound like healthcare to me. “One size fits all” 8 is how they run the practice and is shameful they call themselves providers! Plenty of other good Pediatricians in the area that provide actually care…and not what Longstreet calls healthcare!

I was a new patient for Dr. Ganguly. I arrived early and waited for almost an hour in the examining room (55 minutes). I could hear her in the next room; no one came in to let me know she was running late, and I could not wait. Any doctor who has so little respect for my time is not someone I want to work with. Additionally, If you book an appointment with this clinic for endocrinology, do not bother. The majority of the practice is weight management. She claims to specialize in endocrinology, but only in terms of losing wei... read more

Unless you will be happy with your primary care physician constantly referring everything you see them for to another speciality within Longstreet Clinic and nobody actually overseeing you overall care, then this is the medical care for you. Not to mention, my primary care physician I doubt even took the time to read my chart when she took over from my previous PCP. She was surprised when I told her my gall bladder had been removed and that I had had an MRI that shows my pancreas was atrophied despite it clearly being in my ... read more

These people are dishonest, do not trust what they are telling you when it comes to pricing of their services. Since I am not insured, I asked for pricing on X-rays and they invoiced me more than twice of what they said the x-rays were going to cost. When I tried to get an explanation from them, they told me that there is no way to know what things cost ahead of time. This to me seems insane. Tell me of any other business that can do that and get away with it. I paid my bill and never looked back. They ONLY care abou... read more

Horrible staff! Make you wait way past your appointment time. Multiple visits and never have seen an actual doctor. Keep passing me off to nurse practitioners who have a NASTY attitude and refuse to listen or allow you to have any say in your own treatment. If you question anything they say they treat you like you are a problem and will end your visit with them right then and there.

I see 3 doctors at Longstreet. Dr Fatima Manzoor (internal medicine), Dr Robert Barber (gynecology) and Dr Robert Mullis(surgery) All 3 of them are equally fabulous. I cannot say enough about them. All 3 are kind, compassionate, thorough, and treat me like a friend. I am thrilled to have them. I started with Dr Barger 10 years ago, was sent to Dr Mullis by Dr Barger and to Dr Manzoor by Dr Mullis. Good doctors recommend good doctors. Thank you to all 3 of them.

So I was a patient for a very long time and after being left in the waiting room for 30 to 45 minutes every time I had an appointment I had finally had enough, so I went to the desk and asked them why I have watched 7 people come in after me are being seen and i wasn't and told their appointment times were ahead of mine even though I had been there 30 minutes prior than 3 of them I lost it and let them know I wanted my medical records and I would never be back. So if that wasn't enough to get my blood boiling 4 months later ... read more

I’ve been going to a WellStar clinic in Kennesaw for close to 31 years, I was tired of having to drive somewhere between an hour 30 minutes and 2 an half hour depending on the traffic. So, I switched providers and register at Longstreet clinic, the young lady at the front desk took all my info, she made copies of my id’s as well as my Humana insurance card and set an appointment for me for about a month ahead, close to the appointment day they call me to say the doctor can’t make it! No problem, they set up another appointme... read more

Currently on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone. It has been over 15 minutes with a steady stream of commercials about Covid 19 testing interrupted @ every 15 seconds by a recording tell me "thank you for continuing to hold. We are assisting other patients. Please remain on the line and your call will be answered in the order received". For those not good at math, I've listened to that announcement over 75 times now. To say it is annoying would be the ultimate in understatements! I would absolutely LOVE to force ... read more
