I have called the office several times to try and schedule an intake appointment, on different days, at different times of those days during normal business hours. No one answers the phone, and every call goes to voicemail. I also filled out their online form, where they note that someone “typically responds by the next business day”. It felt like my therapist just wanted to sit there and listen to my conversations like a gossiping friend. No real feedback and my therapist did her best but I felt we did not connect. Unfortunately I did not like her approach and I needed to seek therapy elsewhere to better serve me.

What a waste of time. First, before even going in you have to do like a multiple hour long questionnaire. Then, after my first session I am told I can not do bi-weekly or monthly, it HAS to be weekly. So instead of getting me as a monthly customer, I just wont go back and they will get nothing.

Worst practice you can bring your child to. If you are a good parent and actually want to get the help your child needs find a different practice. Stay far away from this place for your child’s sake.
