Have been living at Lombardy Flats for a year and love the location. Walking distance to the waterfront, OTR, and Fountain Square and not to mention all the new and upcoming places on 4th street like Kingdom Fitness across the street, Deeper Roots on the corner, and Koko and Forage next door. There’s a cute and quaint rooftop to relax on and a nice courtyard shared with Biltmore too.
