We were sitting at the bar for >15 minutes and no one even acknowledge our existence
Went to the lola for an anniversary dinner. The starter who sat us down was amazing. Super personable, happy, and was super happy to have us. Once we sat down, it was a steady downhill slope from there. Our server was the opposite. She had no emotion, could care less that we were there, I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times because she was talking under her breath. She made us feel like outsiders. I was really looking forward to dining here because of the restaurant's reputation, especially for the spicy rigatoni. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. After ordering, our entrees took approximately an hour and a half to two hours to arrive. When the spicy rigatoni finally came out, it was undercooked and had to be sent back.
