We hired the Loken group when we had difficulty selling our Katy/Cinco Ranch house. We went with the Loken Group because they advertise themselves as being very effective, doing great marketing, and providing a contract we are in they agree to purchase your home, if it doesn’t sell. We never did receive any offer or contract from the Loken Group to buy our home if it didn’t sell. Worse than that, no one from the Loken group, except for the photographer, ever set foot in our home. They spend a huge marketing budget......on ma... read more
I know this team by reputation
Our agent never came out to see the property we were selling. I honestly think she didn't even know where the property was located. when we did receive offers on the property we feel that everythibg was copied and pasted from the buyers agent. our agent with the Loken group didn't have our best interests because we would tell her the property is as is and she'd agree then ask us to fix things. whe. we did close and the new buyers took possession of the property we were asked to go back to the property.
