HA. Where do I begin? Lived here for 3.5 years, & broke my lease to leave (which was wild in itself that I had to PAY to do so given the circumstances). If y’all got time here ya go: My apartment had water leaks/damage on 4 seperate occasions. The first time the tenant above me was having some sort of issue which caused water running through 3 of my water sprinklers in my kitchen, which started to run into my living room. Didn't even offer me a water.... Some of the worse people in shock bottom. I would rather trump be my landlord.... Edit : after getting the response I did I am not surprised you have a 2.7 and falling.
I do not recommend these apt to anyone Make sure you read your lease In detail they are very crooked in their business practices. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. It took them 6 months to for them to fix my daughter’s windows and fireplace. The hallways stink the entrances to the building always smells like urine. The apartments inside look nice but don’t let that fool you. The neighborhood is unsafe it’s not a good environment. Posting this on my backup because my main will deadname me, but I lived here for two years and left once the rent got so high I couldn’t keep up anymore. After reading the reviews, it’s nice to know that my experience is the norm, not the exception, and that my experience wasn’t even the worst of it. That’s crazy! The Good: - The windows were beautiful, and the apartment was decent. Some restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Being next to the canal is nice. The Bad: - The Elevators. Cannot wait to move out of this property. Multitudes of dogs barking throughout the entire day and night across the entire complex, dogs pooping in the hallways, dogs running off-leash through the hallways. Unsecured exterior doors letting homeless men in to sleep in the stairwells. Windows regularly smashed and cars broken into in the private parking lot. FATAL shootings on property. Only got 2 stars because the maintenance men are really good at fixing anything in a timely manner.
