DO NOT RENT HERE. The property manager Ashley is an inconsiderate person and rude to anyone who disagrees with what she says. She will cite you for lease violations with no real reason (got cited because she came in when I got called into work and in the process of doing laundry this had 4 separate piles of clothes to wash) The maintenance staff do not read the maintenance request and will enter without permission. maintenance has also stolen items from my home and nothing was done. I've lived in the main lofts building, not the upper lofts, for 5 years. Throughout that time, the management has mostly been not great but not terrible - basically tolerable enough for a beautiful apartment in a convenient location. However, over the last year I started having roaches in my 2nd floor apartment, and not enough has been done to manage this issue. Horrible disgusting property. Numerous floods and leaking from my own unit and my surrounding neighbors. Management never once took responsibility for the damage and provided the most low budget repairs which actually caused more damage. Rude management. Ignore calls and emails. Place you on extended holds and then disconnect you. Don’t respond to email messages in a timely fashion and purposely waited till after the fifth of the month to add additional late fees on top of the wrongful charges. The absolute worst management company I have ever dealt with. They don’t respond to messages. They place you on hold for extended waits then disconnect the call and blame your service. Constantly adding unseen charges with no merit and requiring a full email dispute with additional proof to get the fraudulent charges removed then cite a “glitch in the system”. I’m almost a year into living here and I can proudly say I will be extending my lease! My own experience here has been nothing but great and if I ever have a problem, the office has ALWAYS been helpful in resolving/ answering my questions. My manager, Ashley, has been nothing but kind and helpful to me and the apartment complex is amazing:) I love it here!
