Beautiful, old, converted school building. My friend owns a business here, and I have met there with him and a few others weekly over the past few years. I am always amazed at how well this beautiful, old structure is cared for and maintained. It is truly a delight to visit.
I wish I could live here forever! This was the most WONDERFUL place to live. The leasing office is kind (Linda - you rock!) and the maintenance workers are extremely sweet and helpful. Quiet neighbors and beautiful lofts as well. Safety was important to me, as I lived here alone, and not once did I ever feel unsafe or in danger - gated lot and having to buzz in the building (super heavy doors too!). If I ever move back to Jax I am immediately calling Cesery and signing a lease again.
Absolute best place to live in Jacksonville!
